According to our return and refund policy we accept order cancellation before the product is produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced. You must contact us within 12 hours. Personalized items are only cancelled within 12 hours and order can not be cancelled once it is shipped.
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not ship a product unless your return has been approved.
You can apply for full Refund if:
1) Product received is damaged.
2) The product is received too late.
3) The product is not what you order, for example, color is different.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product is damaged/ broken or the product delivered is different from what you ordered then we will replace a new product in exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
